Ever have those days (or weeks, or months, or…years) when you want to blame everyone else, but deep down you know that it’s really you. You’re the one who didn’t prepare adequately. You’re the one who didn’t do the work. You’re the one who didn’t say anything, even though you desperately want to be that person who does.
Sometimes it’s hard enough just to get out of bed in the morning (or afternoon for that matter) and take a shower. Admitting that you need help (let alone asking for it), especially when it comes to mental health, can be the hardest part.
