When I start spiraling into darkness and sadness, I usually…
1) Put on some sad songs and peruse the motivational parts of the internet (Think happy thoughts!)
2) Go for a walk or do some yoga/breathing exercises (It’s mucho calming)
3) Take a bath with some candles (also uber calming)
4) Maybe read a book or watch a movie too (to escape a little)
5) Bake (that’s my kind of stress reliever)
Because nothing is impossible. You can do it! You are good enough!
