A Case of the Blues


Whale, whale, whale, feeling down today?

(Hehe see that glorious pun right there?)

You’ve come to the right place, as long as you like bad puns of course.


When I start spiraling into darkness and sadness, I usually…

1) Put on some sad songs and peruse the motivational parts of the internet (Think happy thoughts!)

2) Go for a walk or do some yoga/breathing exercises (It’s mucho calming)

3) Take a bath with some candles (also uber calming)

4) Maybe read a book or watch a movie too (to escape a little)

5) Bake (that’s my kind of stress reliever)

6) Remember…
